Why choose us
You buy a majolica stove once, and it stays in the house for decades. It is worth knowing how it is made, who builds it, and what happens in ten years' time when a part needs replacing. Here are the reasons families have been coming back to us since 1973 — no slogans.
Three things no catalogue can tell you
We build the fire door ourselves
It is the part that works hardest and will one day need replacing. We make it in-house, in stainless steel: in twenty years' time the spare part will still be there.
They are heat-storage stoves
The ceramic holds the heat and releases it slowly. This is not a stove that goes cold when the fire dies: you load it and it keeps warming for hours.
See the pieces up close
In the showroom you can see and handle the majolica, the coverings and the finishes before you choose: you examine the pieces one by one, in real light and within reach. The production line stays closed to visitors — bodies, glazes and firing are our own processes — but everything that goes into your stove you see before you sign.
There is nothing inside that can break
A pellet stove is a domestic appliance: it has a circuit board, an auger motor, fans, sensors and a display. Ours has a firebox, a stainless steel door and the majolica. Nothing else. That is not a craftsman's boast — it is the parts list.
Simple in the way it is built
The fewer the parts, the fewer the things that can fail. There is no electronics to break down, no motor to wear out, no display that one day stops lighting up. The only part that really works is the fire door — and we make it ourselves, so the spare is still there in twenty years.
Simple to install
No power socket is needed. You connect it to the flue and it works — including on the evening the power goes out, which is the evening you need it most.
Simple to use
Put the wood in and light it. The ceramic takes in the heat while the fire burns and gives it back for hours. There is no menu to learn, no mode to choose, no app to download. It cannot show an error, because it has nothing to get wrong.
It lasts for decades not because it is built better than an appliance, but because it is not an appliance. The upkeep it asks for is the old kind: the glass, the ash, and the chimney sweep for the flue at the intervals the law sets.
The best way to understand is to see them
Majolica needs real light and your own hands: you will find every model in our showroom in Bibbiano. Or tell us about your room and we will prepare a made-to-measure proposal, free and with no obligation.
