1. Who we are

By using the website www.bottegadelfuoco.it (the "Site"), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not continue browsing.

2. What the Site offers

The Site is for informational and promotional purposes: it presents the collection of handcrafted majolica stoves produced by Bottega del Fuoco, the available models, the possible customisations, and the downloadable catalogues. Through the Site's forms you can send us a quote request, an assistance request (whether or not you own one of our stoves), or — if you represent a company — a collaboration proposal, entirely free of charge and with no obligation.

3. Requests sent from the Site are not a contract

Sending a request via a Site form constitutes a simple information request: it does not represent a purchase order nor does it create any contractual obligation for either party. Any sale, installation or collaboration agreement is only established subsequently, through a separate written agreement signed by you and Bottega del Fuoco, which will set out the terms, timeframes, and warranties.

Bottega del Fuoco designs and manufactures the stoves; the installation of the flue, which requires qualified technicians, is carried out by external qualified installers with whom we work in partnership, not directly by us.

4. Accuracy of information

We take great care to ensure the accuracy of measurements, technical specifications, colours, and images on the Site. However, the actual colours and finishes of ceramic materials may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen, due to the nature of handcrafted production (every piece is unique) and differences in calibration between devices. The measurements indicated are standard production dimensions; definitive measurements and installation requirements are always confirmed through an on-site inspection or direct consultation with our technicians.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, and all other content on the Site are the property of Bottega del Fuoco or used with the relevant authorisation, and are protected by Italian and European copyright and industrial property law. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse this content, in whole or in part, without our written consent, except as strictly necessary for normal browsing of the Site.

6. Permitted use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and properly, in particular not to:

• attempt to access restricted areas of the Site without authorisation;
• use the Site's forms to submit offensive, misleading, or irrelevant content, or for spamming purposes;
• attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the Site or its security systems.

7. Limitation of liability

Bottega del Fuoco is committed to keeping the Site functional and up to date, but does not guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions or errors. We are not liable for any damages arising from the temporary inability to access the Site or from improper use of the information contained therein by third parties.

8. Links to external sites

The Site may contain links to external services (for example, Apple Maps or Google Maps for directions to the showroom). We have no control over these external sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection provisions, the competent court shall be the Court of Reggio Emilia.
